You are constantly meeting new people, and making new relationships. All of my references for my resume are members I've been able to get close to. You make so many connections and not to mention you learn so much about being healthy!

Cons

I can't think of one.

Pros

Fun atmosphere if you enjoy the exercise life style. Free gym membership. Helping people better there lives. Great people that you become friends with, especially the regulars.

Cons

Little pay. Mostly commission based, which of course depends on your owners. Some days you just have to grind it out on the phones. Little room to grow. Working 6 days a week during the busy months.
