      The members- I really liked working with the members The facility - brand new and extremely nice Work/Life Balance

      Cons

      low wages - it was really bad. I had a Masters. This didn't even cover student loans. I was promised a raise in three months and didn't get it. franchised organization owner

      Pros

      Excellent place to work if you enjoy the fitness environment. Meet a lot of people and make many friends. Get free membership as well as access to every other club anywhere you go. Not very many dissatisfied customers, company makes it easy to sign-up and/or cancel membership. It's a 24 hour gym so you can come and go as you please.

      Cons

      Little room for growth. Handle many responsibilities without being compensated for them. Hard to get time off considering there aren't many employees at a single location.
