The personal trainer has a very sexual personality and uses his "business" to find vulnerable woman to have intercourse with in his office. The manager is a very narcissistic dominant male figure and doesn't do anything besides work out during his shift and kisses his girlfriend. He is very rude and degrading of woman. The owners were notified of the things going on in the franchise and have done nothing. That is why I am no longer working for them. Worst place I have worked at.

Integral in producing awesome experiences for members every day. Whether it be physical emotional, you have the opportunity to make a difference in people's lives daily.

Cons

Growing corporation means growing corporate control. When I first bought into the franchise, the only restriction was "don't mess with the logo". Ten years later, they were mandating almost every conceivable facet of the operation.
