Gym access, can be a great starter management role to learn the ropes, pay was ok. Corporate training is good and comprehensive.

Cons

The cons will entirely depend on who your franchisee is major ones I can point out is we had a split schedule with a 2 hour break which most everyone ends up working during, unpaid. Pay is just that, ok. In general I noticed majority of the franchises are revolving doors around me.

Corporate Had good support and training.

Cons

Pay was to low, No Benefits except free membership. No profit sharing or commision, Franchise owners where not good people. Would talk bad about people and there members behind their backs. Would share information that they should not share.
