      Interesting approach to database services

      Cons

      - Business priorities are random and don't connect to the success of the whole company. - Employees are treated like furniture that can be reassigned roles and responsibilities as will, regardless of employee skills and/or preference. - Annual review (regardless of how it is framed) are not based on data, rather, based on impressions of others

      - High starting pay - Great benefits - Generally good co-workers

      Cons

      - Literal pennies when it comes to raises. - Use of stocks in promotions to penny-pinch base wage increase. - Very poor training. - No clear path to climb ranks. - Obvious nepotism among many managers. - Management often buckles under higher-ups. - Teams providing support are often rude, inconsiderate, and provide no actual assistance. - Extreme lack in recognition and morale. - Management is often clocked-out and MIA.
