Pros

AWS experience for resume is a plus

Cons

Toxic culture that sees you as a number and will work you to the bone. Similar to how EY had an employee pass die at a desk and no one notice for days

Pros

They have cutting edge technology and you learn a lot. Your writing will improve working at AWS.

Cons

It's a very toxic environment. Its full of staff who lolly-gag around, block decision making and have a tendency to have inexperienced staff pretend they know far more than they do and try to punish you if you have more knowledge then them in specific areas. There are only a few really brilliant people at AWS, the rest just scramble around aimlessly trying to follow in their trails.
