      - Well planned on boarding plan - Ample training resources - Free snacks & drinks in the cafeteria - Challenging you to be your best version - Friendly and approachable teammates - Signing bonus & Amazon stocks provided on top of base salary

      Cons

      - The interview process it's quite long compare to the other companies, but hey, that's how they truly filter to hire the best - Fast paced company, you should definitely mean when you say "fast learner and adaptable on wearing many hats!" - Little monetary allowance

      Pros

      Compensation is very competitive, although the stock isn’t doing great these days. Surrounded by smart and capable teammates.

      Cons

      Although many aspects are still “Day 1” here, other parts of the job drown in bureaucracy. If you’re not a strong writer, this is not the place for you.
