      Lots of layers of middle management reward a numbers game Starting as a contractor is really stressful and can be unfair Job is getting worse, and less technical, over time They actively try and push people out who have been there a long time

      - Great training program - Encouraged to "learn and be curious" - Managers are invested in seeing you succeed and grow - Be constant pushed out of your comfort zone = continuous improvement!

      Hardworking and driven teams A lot of resources for training and development Highly specialised and formalised work environment

      Cons

      KPI driven culture, driven to deliver results and numbers. Only KPIs, little recognition for other contributions hence employees are limited and hold back on delivering outside of work scope. Burn out and frequent turnover. Easy to move up within team, but difficult to move across to other teams.
