Pros

Nothing to mention really, stay away

Cons

expect 70+ hrs per week Crazy deadlines The system is designed to drain engineers and kick them out, then repeat since they also spend no time for training or ramp up, so they lose nothing

Pros

- good pay if you can meet the unrealistic target - can work from home - can learn everything that you want

Cons

- poor management style, extremely local style (Micromanagement and lots of negative competition) - office politics - Extremely long work hours ( they require you to work during weekends and midnights and said it is work life harmony)
