I entered through a graduate program and cannot be happier. Incredible network of talented people who are open to help you. Infinite access to cutting edge technology. I personally love having a customer facing role and solving actual businesses’ needs
Cons
Not significant. Just that some of the benefits that used to be available before covid i.e. travelling to conferences, rewarding career growth have been either cancelled or slowed down in the name of frugality
