Amazon employs some of the best and brightest in the industry. If you're looking to learn (or think you can teach) this is an incredible opportunity. The projects are challenging, fast and engaging. You will never be bored. Bring your A game and be ready to never stop learning.

Cons

There is an unlimited amount of work to do. The temptation is that you try and do it all - you can't. It's up to you to prioritize your work/life balance and no one is going to do that for you. If you're not able to stand up for yourself, this may not be the place for you.

I came for the Amazon name, but am staying for the wonderful teammates and manager! Truly a great place to work and have been super happy with my two managers who’ve put my professional development as a top priority.

Cons

I’ve heard your experience can be VERY team dependent, all I’ll say is the Kumo team is the place to be!
