      Pros

      I used to love working at Amazon and benefits were great but they are slowly being removed. Compensation is good but lower compared to other FAANGs. Used to have a lot of opportunities for growth.

      Cons

      RTO mindset has killed the employees motivation. Also company now is more focused on cost savings than aggressive growing and impact will be seen in the future.
