Pros

The environment is very cosy for work, there are omni desk in the office that allows you to stand while working after lunch. Managers are also nice and friendly most of the time and there is plenty of coffee in the pantry and drinks in the fridge for us to drinks Work can be very chill and enjoyable if we are not interested in promotion. The environment is very cosy and everyone js very friendly The surrounding of the office as a lot of good food and office has fridge and microwave for you to heat up your food As someone who just graduated, Amazon provided me a lot of opportunities to take on projects and learn new things. Every day is a good opportunity to learn, and the managers and seniors at work are very kind and willing to teach me. Especially my mentor who really put in a lot of effort to coach me in work. My time in Amazon helped me to set a strong foundation for my career I enjoyed my time working at Amazon very much 😊

Cons

Work load can be very high and demanding if you are working towards a promotion. There may be some micro management in terms of break and lunch time as we need to follow strictly to the system time for break and lunch

Cons

No real interest in work-life balance, you're expected to be open to feedback at all times but management isn't as open, salaries aren't the most competitive locally
