Pros

Great pay, great environment to work in, basically unlimited upward movement and the ability to make your career what you want.

Cons

Peak can get busy depending on your field - restricted vacation days, etc.. The hiring process is pretty terrible, and HR always seems to be overwhelmed.

Pros

Full of opportunities to understand the top tier companies.

Cons

It would do a little bit better to provide crystal promotion path or role model to follow for the career path.
