Pros

Pay and stock options were always on top of the industry.

Cons

There’s no direction. Management is given positions who have zero knowledge of the field they are managing. They constantly shift roles, shift managers, shift groups. People are bounced around and no real growth takes place with the individual. You find yourself constantly wondering what they want. Every new assignment becomes an emergency. Directors love to leach off of their teammates work and take their credit. There no common sense. There’s no team atmosphere. There’s no organization at all. There’s a crap load of wasted finance. And then there’s the insanity of the political pushers. It’s complete chaos. It’s actually amazing that this company is successful at all.
