Lots of learning opportunities. Great experience leading teams

Cons

Slimy and dishonest promotion policies Lack of communication and support from L7+ regional management On-call 24/7 for Sev events, 16-18 hour days are expected without compensation. Leadership Principles are just words on a wall. Senior Leadership do not uphold or reflect values.

Schedule is determined by business needs and can lead to long/nonconventional shifts. EX (12 hour shifts, Holiday work, Night shift, ECT)
