      + work/life balance + good climate + international company + nice people, relaxed environment

      Cons

      - full of liars, backstabbers and gossip - job not exciting, mechanistic, doesn't require deep knowledge - no fast career - expensive, boring area, nothing works properly

      Pros

      Profitable company with a good business model, international culture, and good location if you like the sun. The facilities a quite good and there is quite a variety of opportunities.

      Cons

      Very political management top and middle layer, very directive wannabe central policies coupled with face only implementation yield a very frustrating cocktail. Expect hard time if you don't want to put difficult topics under the carpet. Very slow and inconsistent decision taking for everything new.

      Pros

      Good company with great benefits! Unfortunately management does not value internal talent.

      Cons

      Hardly any promotions from the inside. Management sees it as a negative if you are a current employee. They do not value company experience at all - which is sad since it is such a complex company. Never worked for a company that if you have experience and a good reputation within the company it is a negative! (Unless you have high level connections)
