      What it looks from outside is not same from inside

      Pros

      - Free breakfast, lunch and evening snacks - Benefits for employee

      Cons

      - Managers are arrogant and mindless - No work life balance - People in top level are most stupid and technically very challenged - Company is full of people who are working in organization with more that 3 years. And 60% people are dumb. - Very less scope for working on your full potential. - Lots of politics and favouritism (more than any IT service) - HR doesnt have any power. All powers is in hand of manager (salary hike, promotion, appraisal). So you know you don't have any choice. - KT is really terible

      Flexible time, good salary and almost good balance between life & work

      Cons

      Long and useless processes to follow, too politics involved in each decision, ugly offices. Almost no culture & values.
