Cons
Actually it depends on the department. However I worked on department where many people unhappy because of lack of appreciation from the management. Too much fresh graduate take the job as a school assignment which has to be done by themself and hesitate to ask people. There is no open communication and intriguing question because people are afraid to be judged.
