      Pros

      International experience, large variety of jobs available, good working environment Many young employees, generally good communication and cooperation between divisions.

      Cons

      Big company, so it's normal to have the feeling of not being very important in the overall scheme. Leader in the market, so sometimes gives the impression of evolving quite slowly, of considering very carefully any change before doing anything.

      Pros

      Interesting and challenging work, not too shabby compensation. Good internal mobility, so you don't have to leave the company when you want a more exciting position.

      Cons

      Probably less dynamic than, say, Google. But then again, that's Google. Also, as a developer, please let us work with laptops instead of desktops!
