Pros

Great working environment, multicultural company, world leader on the GDS market, interaction with biggest companies in the travel and tourism industry (airlines, travel agencies...)

Cons

Monolithical company. There's a lot of room for improvement (processes, tools) but most of the suggestions we made got rejected for political reasons. After a while the employees get frustrated and stop making suggestions; they accept their fate and just do what they're asked to.

Pros

Regional office is a great environment to work in, people are very nice, they are very advanced in Marketing approach and being the leader in the market pushes you to work for this company.

Cons

difficult carrier growth, HR a bit greedy and not much opportunities internally a lot of politics on the internal moves and less on the valuable side.
