      Pros

      The work culture in the company is great with mostly young people working. Lots of opportunities withing the team or out of the team. Good increment in the salary and is at par with big companies.

      Cons

      With some sacred cow projects, sometimes management gets ignorant about the employees and focuses more on the product. This can lead to strenuous office hours.
