      Pros

      International company, good to start a professional career. Strong leader in its business with leading products that are difficult to replicate in a growing industry (travel). Staff and management comes from all over the world, which makes it a unique working environment.

      Cons

      Very much budget and number driven, on short term results. The matrix organisation makes it not easy to manage projects

      The social and economical benefits are a lot for the employees. Working environment is nice. Even the CEO is like a friend. Everyday, you learn something new. The knowledge is limitless here

      Cons

      Working hours are no stable at all. You can work overtime a lot and even wake up in the middle of the night because of working. You have to be available and ready to work 24/7 no matter even if you are in your holidays
