      - Stable and secured job with minimum of layoffs - Multi-international environment, supportive culture - Very good remuneration - Wide range of technical training support

      - Poorly designed career path, need to find one by yourself - Lack of social company events

      Pros are: 1. Good opportunities to learn entirely new thing. 2. Supportive and always enthusiastic managers 3. Good hikes :) 4. Great visibility if exceeds expectations 5. Family like teams 6. Process oriented - everything

      No cons as such other than: 1. Your special request may not be special to your manager. 2. Re org happens a little frequently nowadays 3. On site depends on the team in which you go and it was short termed till I was there! :P
