Pros
Worked with some great people and on some very interesting projects that contributed to better decisions, they weren't analysis for the sake of doing analysis. Had tools that helped me do the job and a good manager. It's neat to work at a company with a European focus and outlook
Cons
Resentment of some in Miami regarding the changing status of Miami vs Waltham was tedious. Some support functions are terrible (particularly HR)
