      Pros

      Very good working environment with majority of the people are aged between 25 and 35 (80%). Very good work life Balance as people respect you activities apart from work. Travel Industry always keeps things interested and moving.

      Cons

      Very slow Software Development process with lot of outdated tools. Rigid Hierarchy and very few opportunities of growth and career development.

      Pros

      It's stable and gives you something to fill your time with during the day. Most departments let you take 2-hour lunch breaks and they don't really monitor your Internet activity.

      Cons

      Managers seem to just want to build their empires and don't really seem to care about creating marketable products. The technology and working practices are behind the curve.
