      Stable job, relatively well paid in a holiday like area. Sometimes you learn new stuff and mobility within the company is alright

      Cons

      Decades old technology to develop solutions of today. Too many management politics ; many technical positions are held by technically not savvy employees. Brilliant people tend to leave.
