Group CEO received an award for valueing the people but he fired his R&D head without notice. Sites like BLR has no leadership capabilities and attrition is around 20% and yet no one claims the responsibility but they attribute that to Indian IT market. Very lousy support services and there was no change in top mgmt for last 5+ years in BLR site and one cannot get into that cohort. Discriminating unnamed policies (Especially in Travel, one is forced to travel economy while the boss is sitting in business class in the front) Disruption will come to this business anytime Limited promotions, someone has to die to go up the ladder Employ-ability for you after this company may be ZERO
