      Good work life balance for other teams except my team. Good Breakfast, lunch and evening snacks

      My team was horrible. The work pressure is something I ll not be able to explain.

      - varied technology to work on - team is still small so lots of opportunities to work apart from deliveries

      - roadmap feature gets shelved overnight - most thing are manually handled (no CI/CD)

      flexible, other people are good here my team was not

      no matter how flexible or cool a company culture is if your direct manager is toxic, micromanages everything and shows favoritism, then it all become pointless. And even HR are like this there
