Pros

First week of training is impressive. Schedule is not bad.

They fire people very easy. They have an arrogance as if you should be lucky to even be there and act as if it takes a special talent to be a bill collector at a call center!! The job market is thankfully opening up and people don't need to put up with attitudes like this anymore (thank God) in one meeting they talked about changing thier extremely high turnover rate then they walk out 2 people who had gone through weeks of training in a classroom, never allowed tgem to prove them self on the floor. Fired in training. perfect attendance, no one understood. Then my first day on the floor I was told "they always do that in training" What???? They spent weeks making us memorize this stupid script that sounds aweful...only to be told by everyone that no one ever uses that on the floor, so basically they tell you they are setting you up with skills to succeed in training but actually are setting you up for failure. It's an aweful place, run by heartless people.

Pros

Nice shifts if your lucky you dont have to work nights... However shifts vary based on client need.

Cons

Constant commission metric changes based on needs.... favoritism shown to certain collectors

Pros

There is flex hours during the summer months from Memorial Day to Labor Day.

Cons

Very stressful environment and micromanagement.
