- You’re encouraged to try out new things and control your own destiny - Things move fast and there are always new things to learn and do - Agoda is invested in your personal growth - You work with very smart people - Good work life balance - Almost no politics - data rules - Business is growing a lot

Cons

-Headquarter is in Bangkok which can be difficult place at times (but many people love this city, depends on the person) - Some managers are not the best to work for and generally managerial capabilities are not the strongest
