Pros

Benefits, PTO, flexibility, technology, coworkers

Cons

The salary for tenure is under the fair market value. There are unknown salary caps. Transferable skills and tenure don't matter for internal positions. The discrimination culture is deeply embedded. The company is considered 'diverse' because of the number of women employed, but it lacks BIPOC representation in Director level and up positions.

Pros

I got a discount on my cell service.

Cons

Adecco is a staffing company whose own staff is comprised of a thousand experts who are powerless to do anything other than the one single task at which they have reached expert level. Associates are treated like garbage, and Colleagues aren’t treated much better.
