Leadership rules with an iron fist. Backstabbers everywhere and they are no empowerment to improve people, processes, or efficiencies. This place likes to burn employees and cares little about development and working smart

The health benefits were decent, but that is the only positive thing I have to say about working at Parker + Lynch Legal.

Cons

Poor, ever-changing management and leadership structure; constant dehumanization of employees; racist comments in the workplace (I'm not a minority, just observing poor behavior); employees are encouraged to lie to candidates and clients; permitted bullying by peers/colleagues; and high turnover.
