Not a bad place to work, but limited growth options
Pros
Remote work, with a workload that can be hectic at time but is manageable the vast majority of days. A health and wellness culture with programs existing encouraging active lifestyles, including employee resource groups dedicated to the topic. Very diverse and inclusive culture. Health Benefits are mid-range, not too expensive but not a "Cadillac" policy either.
Cons
Communication is not as good as senior leaders seem to feel that it is. Goals are often discussed in terms that are more fitting of investors and not for the people doing the work. Layoffs do occur on occasion, and with little notice that surprises people because the communication around results wasn't clear previously. Lacks a strong, centralized leadership with standards of practice in place.
