The new CIO, who came from Novartis, brought all his puppet Novartis friends, who brought their Novartis friends as well. Very bad working environment, if you are not part of the Novartis mafia. No opportunity to grow, they push you to resign in one way or another. You would expect that an HR company would know how to work - they are just useless, especially the HR business partners. People have attitudes and all departments fight with each other. Stupid and unnecessary internal processes, even they smallest thing needs approvals over approvals, and there will always be someone to try to block the work, especially from the supposedly Global teams in France, where the majority are French. Incapacitated middle management, has to always say yes to everything, otherwise they go. Top management can set no priorities and lacks vision. Employees burn out all the time or get serious health problems. Investors should stay away from this muppet show.
