Cons
Give you some gifts, expect staff to work like slaves. We are expected to wake up at 3am to text in group chat for attendance for a 5am event, and the work day only ends at 11pm. Worked for more than 6 days in a row without any idea when is your next off day. Bring issue up to management and they brush you off with "this is how events is", while your boss still have time to go on dates and perm her hair.
