Management are very clicky, the same people receive the recognition and are treated. My direct manager was a bully and eventually pushed me out of the company, extremely unprofessional, talked behind backs and not a natural manager at all. Parking is a nightmare, the company wouldn’t pay for extra spaces, all spaces allocated based on how long you had worked there, I was approaching 2 years and still didn’t have one, you have to park on double yellows outside
