The only leverage you'll get from this organisation that if any emergencies happened at your home you'll get work from home for 5-6 months apart from that there's no facilities for employees

Cons

Office politics - Be a slave of managers you'll get promotion and everything. When I joined Adecco at that time the working culture was very good but recently new managers & director joined the organisation they're not able to manage the team even the HRBP support them only. Pay issue - The amount of efforts and time I am putting according to that I am not getting paid well. I am not getting paid well.
