      Pros

      You get to work in various domains, managing accounts to recruitement ,engaging with the clients, end to end activities involvement of what a HR does ,invoicing team,BGV team, SSC team, recriutement team ,entry and exit formalities etc. i think this experience is going to take me long way. Helpiing hands are always one ping away in teams.The hierachy is very flexible .you get opportunities to reach out to any member easily and place your concerns.
