You can work from home once a week.

Cons

Management has no clue what it goes into preparing commission for recruiters. There are no training documents, when you tell Management something not working or deadlines are hard to manage they dont care. They play favorites and praise people that dont properly calculate and blame their errors on other people.

1) Never seen them - Not once in the office, they are like ghosts. They do not know your role, your challenges, they just do HR and report back to you sentences told by Google Managers 2) No to everything - No to tax Saver, No to Bike to Work (even if this is a free process for them) 3) No help whatsoever in finding you another role 4) Really rigid mentally - It is like one of those Customer Service you hope you will never need because you go there with an issue, you will end up with 5 more
