Pros

You can move between projects if you like.

Cons

Dealing with different time zones, they prioritize IST, so you basically work during IST working hours and yours. They say they embrace "agile" but in reality there is no real velocity concept, no retros, stand ups can take hours, every team has a imposed commitment of story points, which is the same for all teams. Often force off shore teams to work 24 hours straight hours or more in order to reach commitments, and they are proud of it under the "meritocracy" fallacy, where at the end, only close friends of management end up getting promoted.
