      Pros

      Good work environment. Decent pay package. Chances to go on-site. Working for a major brand name always helps to add value to your resume.

      Cons

      As a fresher, didn't get a chance to choose the technology. The technology selection seems to be completely random. Some of the trainings were not up to the mark.

      I worked with an excellent team on a very important project. We used to work a lot but the results were awesome.

      Cons

      Sometimes I had to work during the classes to deliver tasks. I used to work until late hours every day.

      Pros

      - you work with AMAZING people that constantly motivate you to be better & teach you things - get to constantly change your role, coworkers, industry, city... never get bored & are constantly learning new things - ample corporate citizenship opportunities - start with 5 weeks paid vacation - work-life balance opportunities - training opportunities are unparalleled... they spend about $5k per person per year on training.

      Cons

      - if you get on a bad project where you're working tons of hours without end it can be hard to maintain your work-life balance because the type of people accenture typically hires put work & clients' success first - so working out, social plans, etc may fall to be lower priorities. the light at the end of the tunnel is that you know the project will eventually end & you can move onto something new/better.
