Pros

Great learning environment with lots of challenges and opportunities for growth.

Cons

Work life balance is non-existent. There were a number of occasions when my teams worked extremely long hours, weekends and even holidays. At one point (over a Labor Day weekend), a team was behind on a deliverable, and people had pre-planned activities, but it was the Partner's direction that we had to work. I remember getting yelled at on the phone that we weren't doing enough and that we had to work more to get things done. Ultimately, there's little that most people can do to fix the fact that most Senior Executives try to squeeze too much out of people, set unrealistic expectations, and underestimate many opportunities to try and win the business.
