1. No proper communication within team 2. If they have negative impression on someone in the team then they take that particular resource for toss 3. They force to put down papers if they hate someone from team which really happened with one of the resource in team which is inhumanity and also against law . 4. Worst manager ever. Being a keralite she don't accept/prefer any tamilians . 5. Tcs sainburys account is far better than Accenture in terms of team collaboration , kt , team support , work-life as I know lots of leads who works in Tcs UK that's cos of the manager .
