Work Culture & Team Support: The collaborative work environment and supportive teammates made the transition from college to corporate smooth. Senior team members are approachable and always ready to mentor. Diversity in Projects: Got the chance to work with global clients and contribute to impactful projects early in my career, which kept work engaging and meaningful. Work-Life Balance: Depending on the project, I’ve had a manageable work-life balance and flexible working hours.
