Pros

well-structured company high-level training Big clients chance to develop great skills very good as first job

Cons

no balance between private live and work life highly stressed workers lack of meritocracy Employees treated as numbers rather than people disregard of personal needs slow growth (the company needs more "arms" than "heads")

Pros

You have the possibility to learn everything you need to succeed in your career, whether within the company itself or somewhere else. It has been definitely a great experience, the colleagues were great, the environment is healthy, the projects challenging and formative.

Cons

Soft skills are way more important than hard skills, even in Technology. Politic matters. Salaries are low.
