Pros

Good access to training, health benefits

Cons

IF you have over 5 years of experience, it's hell. The same is if you reside outside the US/EU. For experienced hires this company is evil. Racism, discrimination, and flat-out exclusion is blatant. If you are in India or Philippines, it's dictatorships all around. The very definition of toxicity! Most senior people have been there 12+ years and formed their own cliques. It's impossible for you to become part of any and will eventually be isolated and pushed out. If you are more junior, you might fare better but don't expect much from your superiors.
