      Pros

      Everyone at Novetta has welcomed me with open arms starting from the hiring process up until becoming a fully integrated member of the team. After applying to many companies, it was a breath of fresh air to be valued instead of treated as a commodity during hiring. That feeling of being valued continues to this day.

      Cons

      None so far apart from the recent acquisition by Accenture. But as they say, business changes all the time.
