      Pros

      Pros depend on if you land on a good project with a good team. its government contracting so your job will never really be in jeopardy.

      Cons

      It's consulting and contract-based works so unfortunately that means there's a lot of politics involved, this becomes worse if you're at the analyst position because people are gonna try to bully you around a lot. Your manager/project really makes or breaks your experience.
