      If you have a good project and you make your accomplishments visible, you'll enjoy it. benefits are good.

      Cons

      salary is average and if you want higher salary/promotion, you need to spend more time making yourself visible rather than actually working. performance cycle/decisions are confusing. people that you've never met decide on your performance months later so you have to continuously network and show off your work rather than trying to move on to the next thing
